CQA Report Generation

Overview

GeoQC compiles your field documentation into professional CQA reports automatically. All the data you've recorded — deployments, seams, tests, repairs, and drawings — flows into a structured report that meets regulatory expectations.

Generating a report

1. Navigate to Reports → CQA Report.
2. Select the sections to include in the report.
3. Tap Generate. The report is compiled server-side and returned as a PDF.

Available report sections

• Project summary — Project details, dates, team, material specifications
• Deployment log summary — All panel placements with roll traceability
• Seam log summary — All welds with operator, machine, and NDT results
• Destructive test results — All samples with pass/fail determinations
• Trial weld records — Daily qualification weld documentation
• Repair log — All repairs with photos and test results
• As-built drawing — Panel layout with seam lines, repair locations, and sample cut-outs
• Roll inventory summary — All materials used with manufacturer traceability

Individual log exports

Don't need a full report? Export individual logs separately:

• PDF — Formatted log for submittals
• CSV — Raw data for analysis or integration

Report quality

The quality of your report depends directly on the completeness of your field documentation. GeoQC helps ensure completeness by:

• Flagging panels without seam records
• Highlighting seams without NDT results
• Tracking destructive test frequency compliance
• Identifying missing trial weld records
