1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GeoQC ("the Service"), provided by Beta Flash Solutions ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you agree to these terms on behalf of that organization.

2. Service Description

GeoQC is a quality control documentation platform for geomembrane installations. The Service includes mobile applications, desktop applications, web access, and cloud synchronization of project data.

3. Account Terms

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan
  • Free trials provide full access for 14 days with no payment required
  • Payment is processed by Paddle, our merchant of record
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase

5. Data Ownership and Export

You retain full ownership of all project data, documentation, drawings, photos, and reports you create using GeoQC. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You may export your data at any time using the built-in export features (PDF, CSV, PNG).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
  • Use the Service to store or transmit malicious code

7. Disclaimer

GeoQC is a documentation tool. While we build the Service to support compliance with industry standards (ASTM, GRI, IAGI, EPA), the Service does not constitute engineering advice, regulatory compliance certification, or professional quality assurance services. You are responsible for ensuring your QC documentation meets applicable regulatory requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beta Flash Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
