Account Setup

Creating your account

Visit app.geoqc.com/signup and enter your email and password. You'll receive a confirmation email — click the link to verify your account.

Your account is personal to you. It's linked to your email address and can be a member of multiple workspaces.

Workspaces

A workspace represents your company, branch, or team. It's the organizational container for all your projects, team members, and subscriptions.

• Starter plan: 1 workspace, up to 3 members
• Professional plan: Multiple workspaces, up to 15 members per workspace
• Enterprise plan: Unlimited workspaces and members

To create a workspace, tap New Workspace from the workspace selector. Enter your company name and you're ready to go.

Inviting team members

From your workspace settings, go to Team and tap Invite Member. Enter their email address and assign a role:

• Admin — Full access to workspace settings, billing, and all projects
• Manager — Can create projects, manage team assignments, and view all project data
• Supervisor — Can manage assigned projects and team members within those projects
• Technician — Can document within assigned projects (deployments, seams, repairs, tests)
• Viewer — Read-only access to assigned project data

Managing your subscription

Subscription management is available from Workspace Settings → Billing. You can:

• View your current plan and usage
• Upgrade or downgrade your plan
• Update payment information
• View billing history and download invoices
• Cancel your subscription

Payments are processed securely through Paddle. We never store your full credit card number.

Profile settings

Update your personal information from Settings → Profile:

• Display name
• Email address
• Password
• Notification preferences
